Full Count Eviction Services

Full Count Eviction Services
I hired this company to evict a tenant who did not have a lease. They wanted to make a bigger deal out of it, which required my committing to unnecessary, expensive legal services for a simple procedure. This company kept trying to pile on extra charges.

FORGET ABOUT THESE UNPROFESSIONAL PRACTICES !!!!!!!!! After paying these inept people they turned me over to GLEN NAVIS an attorney they work with WHO DID NOT FOLLOW MY INSTRUCTIONS. He expanded on a simple procedure against my instructions wanting me to sign a agreement to pay them more money. (read other reviews where they have done the same thing) . This guy is so full of himself he went on and on giving me history lessons that I was not even the least bit interested in. He wanted to call in the Calvary for this simple procedure. I DEMANDED A REFUND AND THEN THEY THREATENED ME dont get caught up in this deceitful way of doing business.

I to was a victim of Full Counts ridiculous service. This was my first eviction so I thought I get some professional help boy did I choose the wrong company, so unprofessional. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT use this NON legal service for an eviction. There name should be changed from full count to half count. The customer service is terrible. I was unable evict my tenant. It took me calling them twice a week before they finally figured out that they made a mistake on my documents to why I was not getting a trial date. It took almost a year after serving the notice to my tenant for me to get a trial date because they did not realize that they kept messing up the paper work. Communication was awful. They sent me false paper work that I requested from them because they did not have the documents ready and they lied and said that they had the documents. Total waste of money and time.

Full Count Evict. Service should be reported to the District Attorney. I too used them only to be double-billed on my credit card without my authorization. Their shoddy work, rude owner Bill Toomey and staff, deceptive practices, VERY limited skills when it comes to proper paperwork, no follow-thru, error after error, excuses, excuses, delay after delay, erroneous charges for services never rendered needs to stop. See Yelp for more reviews. Finally, after losing much money with Full Count I proceeded to do eviction myself. Also, after lengthy correspondence and communication for 4 months with the Fraud Unit of my credit card co. I was reimbursed a portion of my loss. Full Count needs to be shut down!!

I too attempted to utilize Full Count Eviction Services to handle an eviction and was truly disgusted with their customer service. They say they're FAST and EFFICIENT. They need to remove "FAST" as an adjective in which they describe themselves. They promised me same day service, then next day service then two day, then three day...basically they didn't get my Initial Notice to me until I told them that I am no longer interested in using their service. In a matter of minutes they miraculously sent my paperwork to me with a lame excuse that they emailed it yesterday but I must not have gotten it. How lame is that??? I then spoke to the owner, Bill who told me that just like a food delivery service you sometimes can get your food when you want it. WHAT??!! His customer service people told me daily.."you'll get it today, you'll get it today..." yet he's pretending that I had these grand expectations?? Way to take ownership Bill! It is no wonder that there are SO many complaints against this company. I wish I had done more research before giving them $100 to prepare something I could have done in 5 minutes. Lesson learned! I will NOT use them again.

I attempted to use them for an eviction, they were quick with the responses and service up until they were paid. From that point on it took weeks to complete things which should take a few minutes. Ultimately they charged me $255 for filing fees and never paid the court or completed the case. I had to pay the fees myself and do all the things they were paid for. They have been unresponsive after the fact and we might very well end up meeting in court on a separate matter this time.

I should read this before contracting these guys; Please report this attorney to the bar

Full count services although not having authorization continues to bill my credit card. I have clearly notified them not to bill my AMEX. There contract claims A flat fee in the total amount of $499.00 for residential. Process Service, Post Judgment work and Attorneys fees will be billed separately after prior discussion between you and FCS. There has been no further discussion nor has the case even started yet Full count services have bill me a total of 684.00. see charges 8/1/12 $240 and 7/24/12 $100 and 7/24/12 $344 They have many documents incorrect (like the 3 day notice) and have refused to make correction. The service has been cancelled yet they continue to bill. ADDITIONAL DETAILS: Case is being handled by another organization: THE STATE BAR OF CALIFORNIA

I have a similar story. I hired Full Count to process two separate evictions on 7/16/12. The following day I notified them that one of my tenants had brought her account current and requested that they suspend the eviction process. Since, no unlawful detainer had been filed with the court, no attorney had been hired and I had personally posted the 3-day notice, I requested a refund of the $494 deposit paid. I was told that I would need to speak with the accounting department but no one was in at the moment. I was assured someone would call me back. It never happened. The next time I followed up I was told the bookkeeper was on vacation and I'd need to call back the following week. When I inquired again, I was told they'd need to research the matter and call me back. This went on for about 2 months. Finally, I disputed the charges with my credit card company. The second eviction, however, was moving along nicely. The unlawful detainer was filed with the court and attorney was hired and one of the tenants had filed a response. Month after month I was told that Full Count was waiting on a court date. Finally after 2-1/2 months I called the court myself. I was told NO court date would ever be scheduled because one party had not responded and a default had not been entered. When I brought this information to Full Count's attention, I was told that they were not going to process this eviction because I had disputed the charges on the other eviction. I reminded them that these were two separate and unique transactions. They didn't agree and refused to complete the second eviction without compensation on the first, which was literally NEVER started. Unbelievable!

Do not use Full Count Eviction Services. They have multiple complaints amongst several websites, which I researched in order to win a dispute with their charges to my credit card. They have been reported to the Better Business Bureau, Federal Trade Commission, Attorney General, Secretary of State, ripoffreport.com, oliveri1.blogspot.com, warning-notice.com, scamtop.com, grapevine.com, la.bbb.org, yelp.com (various cities). Full Count uses UPS Stores for addresses, Full Count Eviction Services also uses "Full Count" and "Full Count Investments". Full Count uses Craigs List to solicit process servers. They never actually meet the process servers and they do not check the process servers credentials. Full Count is run by William "Bill" Toomey, his daughter Devon J Bolla and Bob Johnston. Full Count advertises and rips people off all over California. They operate heavily in Southern California (Inland Impire) as well as North in the Bay area. The Craigs list posting was for San Luis Obispo, so they are like a virus, ripping people off left and right up and down the state. If you have been a victim of Full Count please take the time to report them to all of the agencies and/or web sites I have listed above. No matter what they call themselves, their phone number never changes. Once you sign up they will string you along until they have your money. They operate with the hope that WHEN you realize they have RIPPED you off, it'll #1 Be too late for you to do anything, #2 Be too much trouble for you to actually take steps to get your money back. #3 They also figure their contract looks legally tight and that you will fear going to court because, you signed it. Contracts are only worth the paper they are written on. If my credit card company had not refunded my money, Full Count and I would have certainly met in court. Bill Toomey wouldn't be served at a USP Store. I don't have room to post the 28 pages of documents and complaints I faxed to my credit card company. Take my word for it or research it yourself, this company is a SCAM!!! Stay away from them.

I am thinking about owning rental properties. Can you suggest a great Las Vegas Evictions Services company, should the need arise?

Don't believe all the negative reviews, Glen is a top notch attorney and has successively evicted many dead beat renters.

If you have a long term renter under rent control, call Glen Navis, he did all of was necessary to get my unit back. Now it's getting fair market rent!
